IPL Photofacial

The IPL Photofacial treatment uses the power of broadband light to dramatically reverse the damage from sun and toxin exposure by diminishing superficial blood vessels, eliminating pigmented lesions, and dramatically decreasing pore size.

IPL is one of the safest and most effective modalities to treat a diversity of specific skin concerns. Using filters to isolate distinct wavelengths, IPL can target melanin to reduce hyperpigmentation due to melasma, age spots, birthmarks, solar keratosis and post-ACNE scarring.  It can exclusively target blood vessels, to reduce hemangiomas, superficial spider nevi, and Rosacea.

SKIN TIGHTENING

Skin laxity is something everyone will face at some point in their life due to the natural aging process. Sometimes following a healthy diet and workout regimen isn’t enough to target laxity in the skin. There are two vital components to the skin’s structure that will affect laxity: collagen and elastin. As we age we begin to lose these two key components and our skin begins to lose elasticity, resulting in loose or sagging skin.

To help you tighten skin, we have the following treatments available:

- Viora V-ST Skin Tightening

- DermaFrac Microneedling (can add PRP)

ROSACEA

Rosacea is a chronic skin disease that affects more than 16 million Americans. Although the exact cause of Rosacea is not completely understood, we do know there is a strong vascular component. Those with rosacea typically suffer from flushing, diffused facial redness and Telangiectasia, which are small, widened blood vessels on the skin. By treating the blood vessels, the vascular response is diminished.

To help you lessen rosacea, we have the following treatments available:

- V-IPL PhotoFacial

- Viora V-FR Fractional RF

HAIR RESTORATION

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy for hair loss is a three-step medical treatment in which a person’s blood is drawn, processed, and then injected into the scalp. The plasma contains white blood cells and platelets, which are rich in growth factors. Growth factors, in a sense, play the role of messengers, signaling skin cells to function.

The use of PRP is a great treatment option for hair loss because it has a number of scientifically based articles showing its efficacy increasing hair count, hair thickness, and the growth phase of the hair cycle.

For best results, consistency is key. Treatments are typically performed once a month for the first three to four months, and then every three to six months thereafter, depending on the individual patient's response and results.
